Meet The Team

Efa Susanti
Founder & CEO
Through her activism and love of her community, Efa founded the Batu Hijau Foundation in 2019 to extend her charitable mission. Since then the foundation has flourished to include a family of creative minds and diverse volunteers who focus their different skills and expertise on a singular goal of serving the needs of the Pongorogo area.
Efa is also the CEO of PRR Jali Bag that collaborates with the women from Sidowayah village to make beautiful handmade woven bags where a percentage of proceeds go back to supporting the Foundation's community initiatives.

Umi Hamamah, S.P.
Co-Founder
Umi is the Co-Founder of the Batu Hijau Foundation and an active community leader supporting Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (family welfare program) of Siman and Lembaga Pelatihan Perempuan (Women Training Center) of Mandiri. Umi also serves as the Sub-District Head of Siman, the Secretary of UMKM (SMEs) of Ponorogo, and the Coordinator of HIPKI (course manager association).
With her degree in agriculture, she has successfully managed her nursery and craft business.

Dian Arihasta
Secretary
In addition to serving as
Secretary, Dian is also a dedicated high school EFL teacher with more than 10 years experience
engaging active students with science and environmental community projects all the while making it fun and educational.
On the side, Dian is an avid marathoner and trail runner.

Reny Damayanti
Treasurer
Reny is a dedicated team member and serves as the Treasurer. Reny is not only a psychology graduate, but also runs her own catering business.

Ahmad Mustofa Kemal Pasya
Marketing
Ahmed comes from a technical background majoring in Computer Science, but enjoys spearheading the Foundation's marketing initiatives and community collaborations.

Marlia Lestari
Public Relations
Marlia has a strong belief in civil service working at the Kota Tanpa Kumu of Ponorogo, an Indonesian government program for a better settlement and clean water supply and sanitation.
Having also been a former radio announcer, Marlia hones in her communication skills acting as a presenter in many of the Fouondation's engagements.

Teguh Budi Harto
Events Coordinator
Together with Marlia, Teguh leads a joint effort in coordinating logistics with the strive to make the community events successful and seamless.
Teguh is also active member of Indorunners Ponorogo, a branch of a national running community.

Ponorogo Resik Resik
Clean Up Ponorogo
For Batu Hijau Foundation, preserving Ponorogo's natural beauty is not just a cause for environmental responsibility; it also means caring and providing to the people. In order to bolster this goal, its recycling campaign, Ponorogo Resik Resik, includes community cleanups as well as monthly initiatives that have volunteers out in full force.
